Friday, September 30th 2016

Guests arrive, get settled in their rooms, we hang out, eat and then have a wee Talent/trivia evening!

• 11:30am: Kyle, Sheena and Elite Squad of Helpers head on over to Fircom 
• 3:00pm: First round of guests take a cool boat ride to the island. Party starts.
• 4:00pm - 5:30pm: Rehearsal with parents and bridal party
• 5:00pm: Second round of guests take an equally cool boat ride to the island. Party continues.
• 6:30pm: Dinner
• 8:00pm: Talent Show and Trivia
• 10:00pm: Late-night hangouts. Beachy bonfire. 

Saturday, October 1st 2016

This day will look a little different for everyone depending on what your role is. If you do have a role, you'll get more info closer to the time.

• 8:30am: Breakfast 
• 9:30am – 12:00pm: Activities (archery, standup paddle boarding, canoeing)
• 10am: Vendors and last of the guests get on the boat.
• 12:30pm - 1:30pm: Lunch 
• 1:30pm - 4:00pm: Free time, nap time, field games, getting ready
• 4:30pm: Ceremony (currently planned to be outdoors)
• 5:00pm: Cocktail hour
• 6:00pm: Reception
• 7:00pm: Dinner
• 8:30pm: Party!
• 12:00am: Afterparty on the beach!

• 10:30am: Shuttles back to Vancouver start
